It All Started with a Bag (and a Smile)

Back in March 2025, during a trade fair in Japan, we met Diana, a young woman from Malaysia who quietly walked into our booth with a warm smile.

She tried on a Hadara bag and said:

“It’s so light, comfortable, and clearly made with care.”

She told us she loved the brand’s philosophy—that a bag should bring comfort and joy to the person who carries it.

She bought two bags that day. We had no idea what would come next.

An Unexpected Email—and a Dream

Not long after the fair, we received an email from Diana.

She told us she wanted to introduce Hadara to Malaysia.

We were beyond excited. While our focus had been on Japan, this new opportunity came to us with such warmth and sincerity—it felt just right.

For the next four months, we exchanged emails, discussed possibilities, and built a shared vision.

Then Diana did something incredible—

She flew to Thailand, met us in person, and placed her first official order to take Hadara back to Malaysia herself.

She shared her plans for launching the website, marketing Hadara locally, and taking care of customers in her country.
